Universal rules:

—> Body poses are allowed. If not specified, the character will have a resting stance;
—> Expressions are allowed. If not specified, the character will have a resting expression;
—> Additional details, depending on their multitude, will decide the add-on price;
—> Additional characters will demand an additional 80% of the commission's base price and are under their own detailing price rulings.
—> Please check my "Can Draw / Won't Draw" listing before requesting a commission;

• Can Draw / Won't Draw

- Lined portrait drawing of the character with a low-medium level of detail;
- 1500 x 1500 px;
- 300 dpi

- Rendered portrait of the character with a low-medium level of detail;
- Utterly simple backgrounds can be requested for an additional 5€;
- 1500 x 1500 px;
- 300 dpi

- High-resolution, high-detail bust painting of the character;
- Simple post-processing can be requested for an additional 5€;
- 2000 x 2000 px and above;
- 350 dpi

Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you hereby agree with all the terms listed in this addendum.
By commissioning me, it is assumed you have read all of the terms listed in this addendum.

1) Personal Terms

—> I reserve the right to deny any commission that causes me discomfort— irregardless if said commission fits within the range of things I am capable of drawing —without any explanations;
—> By commissioning an official character from licensed or copyrighted media, I reserve the right to utilize the commission in a portfolio;
—> Once a commission is complete, I, by default, share the commission on Twitter and Bluesky, with a watermark. Should you wish for me to not do so, please inform me at the start;
—> You are commissioning me, hence I will not accept commissions for a style that is not my own;
—> Divulging of the commission you received must be done with the appropriate credit— please link users to any social media profile listed in my Points of Contact;
—> Removal of my signature is expressly forbidden;
—> If my commission is used in a way that is not duly communicated, you hereby waiver your rights to the image, without any refund.

> If you use it commercially without my prior knowledge, the dispute can be settled with the payment of the commercial use fees— if they are not paid, you hereby waiver your rights to the image, without any refund;

—> Use of my commissions in generative AI programs and Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) is expressly forbidden;
—> I will turn down any and all NSFW commissions of real people, whether they be celebrities, streamers and YouTubers;
—> I will turn down any and all NSFW references obtained from privately-sourced or paywalled means.

2) Payment Terms

—> Payments are done in full, up-front, and refunds will not be issued if not by me in the eventuality anything unexpected happens;
—> The prices listed are in Euros (€);
—> Payments are done via PayPal invoices, and if PayPal is not available, then Buy Me a Coffee is an alternative;
—> After the initial "sketch and blocking" phase is done, major changes to the drawing will not be done, only minor ones. Should you still desire to request major changes, you agree to pay an additional fee of up to 100% of the commission's total price (with add-ons);
—> My commissions are for personal use, however if they are to be used commercially — i.e as the image of your brand or part of your brand's image —the price will be increased by 500%. If the commission is used personally but is to be later used commercially, you must pay the commercial use fee.

3) ETAs and Deliveries

—> I do not work with deadlines or ETAs. If you wish to impose a deadline or an ETA, you hereby agree to pay an additional 200% of the commission's price, including add-ons;

> The sole ETA I'm imposing on myself is 6 months, in accordance with PayPal's 180-day refund policy;

—> Upon completion, you will receive the original .PNG file in its full resolution, with my signature, and no watermark;
—> The standard method of delivery will be via a Google Drive link, but should you prefer another method, please make sure to specify which at the start.

> Please make sure you download any files you receive within 6 months of their delivery, as they will be deleted to save space.

4) Process and Communication

—> When reaching out to me about commissions, please specify the following:

> Type of drawing (lines/rendered/painting);
> Type of shot (bust/half-body/full body)ᴺᵒᵗᵉ;
> Number of characters;
> Pose and/or expression;
> Reference of the actual character(s) — design requests and text-only references will be turned down;

Note - Presently, the only shots available are bust shots.

—> Communication is done via Discord or Twitter direct messages;
—> When commissioning me, you can expect a minimum of one update per month;
—> The process of the commission is as follows:

> Sketch;
> Finalized sketch;
> Lines;
> "Hatching" shading;
> Colours;
> Coloured shading;
> Background (if requested);
> Post-processing (if requested)
